Terms and Conditions

  • To use the eGift for bookings, the recipient may send an email at hello@vivereazure.com or call (02) 8771-7777.
  • The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code. The recipient must only give this to the hotel staff once he/she commits to use it.
  • Accommodation eGifts are on a standard rate and are not applicable on Blackout dates (long weekends, holidays, peak travel seasons).
  • The eGift may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGift is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the eGift amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.
  • Multiple eGift codes may be used per transaction.
  • eGifts are valid for accommodations/room bookings only. It is not applicable for use on incidentals and other extra or add-on charges.
  • Rooms are subject to availability, prior reservation is required to avail of the voucher.
  • Accommodation eGifts are good for two persons only. The extra-person charge shall be applied in excess of two persons.
  • Once a booking has been made, it will not be cancellable, only rebookable but are subject to the resort’s standard rebooking policies.
  • All stay voucher rates indicated are NETT RATES and are inclusive of VAT and other charges.
  • All stay voucher rates are subject to a set number of guests per room category, extra person charge, and child policy.
  • The promo offers are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions.
