- The Shopee eGift voucher can be used upon checkout at the mobile application only. Not valid for desktop.
- Ensure that the Shopee mobile app is up-to-date to enjoy all the features.
- The eGift voucher is not applicable on Digital Goods and Vouchers and is valid on orders to be delivered via Integrated Couriers only.
- When ready to use the eGift in the Shopee app, just click the “USE” button on the eGift page to get the voucher code. Keep in mind, the voucher has its own expiration date.
- The eGift voucher is for one-time use only. If the purchase value is less than the eGift voucher the excess amount will no longer be valid or carried over in the next purchase.
- Only one (1) eGift voucher is allowed per checkout.
- The eGift voucher is not stackable with other discounts and coins cashback.
- The eGift voucher does not cover the shipping costs.
- The eGift voucher may not be exchanged, refunded, or voided.
