About ShopeePay
ShopeePay is Shopee’s official in-app e-wallet regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas that allows users to make safe and cashless payments.
Terms and Conditions
- The ShopeePay eGift can be used to top-up the ShopeePay account. An activated ShopeePay account is required.
- ShopeePay accepts a maximum of P50,000 daily transaction limits for basic and premium accounts.
- ShopeePay accepts a P50,000 Monthly Inflow Limit for non-verified accounts and P100,000 for verified accounts.
- The eGift may not be exchanged, refunded, or voided.
- The eGift is subject to other terms and/or conditions of ShopeePay.
- Shopee reserves the right to cancel any orders/benefits if fraud or similar activity is suspected.
- A transfer fee may be deducted to cover the costs associated to process the redemption to the Service Provider, the amounts and structure of which are subject to change without prior notice.
- It is the customer's responsibility to review and understand the applicable transfer fees before initiating a redemption.
