Terms and Conditions

  • Each eGift has a unique code that corresponds to a service, item, or package. To use the eGift at the clinic, the code must be given by the eGift holder at the reception for validation. A person must be at least 18 years of age.
  • To redeem LASIK Screening eGifts, patients who will be availing of the service should be at least 18 – 49 years old, free from any eye diseases, and have stable eye grades. If unsure, a patient is advised to avail first of the Comprehensive Eye Exam or Comprehensive Eye Exam for Senior Citizens eGifts.
  • To redeem eGifts for Comprehensive Eye Exams for Senior Citizens and Cataract Screening for Senior Citizens, patients should be at least 60 years of age and should hold Filipino citizenship and at least 6-month residency in the Philippines.
  • Asian Eye Institute Mall Of Asia conducts partial LASIK and Cataract screening. Other tests to be completed in the Rockwell branch.
  • Any test outside of the service package that is conducted on the patient shall be charged to the account of the patient at the time of visit at the clinic.
  • Additional tests for LASIK, Cataract Screening, and Cataract Screening for Senior Citizens may be required, depending on the eye condition.
  • Eye doctors are pre-assigned to holders of the Asian Eye eGifts.
  • The eGifts for LASIK Screening, Cataract Screening, and Cataract Screening for Senior Citizens do not cover the consultation fees of the doctor and sanitation fees. eGift holders are advised to prepare for the cost of consultation and sanitation fees.
  • The recipient must only give this to the store manager once he/she commits to use it at the store. A person must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The eGift holder must wait for the clinic staff/ attendant to finish the validation process. The clinic staff/attendant will receive a validation response from Giftaway indicating the eGift amount and validity. The clinic staff/ attendant will follow only what is indicated in the validation response for communication to the eGift holder.
  • In the event that the clinic's eGift validation system is offline or unavailable, the clinic staff/attendant shall politely decline to accept the eGift. The eGift holder may still use the eGift when the system is back online.
  • The Peso value denomination eGifts may not be exchanged for cash. The service and product package eGifts may not be used to pay for other services than the one listed on the eGift face and may not be used in conjunction with other discounts offered by Asian Eye Institute.
  • The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of a purchase or bill is higher than the eGift value, the eGift holder is to pay for the difference. If the total value of an eGift is not used up, there will be no cash change given.
  • In the event that the price of a product or service package changes, the eGift corresponding to that product or service package may still be used.
  • The prices of service and product packages are subject to change without prior notice.
