  • Each eGift code has a unique code that corresponds to an amount/denomination.
  • The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift.
  • Each Klook Gift Card may only be redeemed once. Once redeemed, the Gift Card balance may be used to redeem for eligible products and services on the Klook Booking Platform.
  • If the purchase amount for products and services exceeds the Gift Card Balance, the remaining purchase amount must be paid by other payment methods available on the Klook Booking Platform.
  • All products and services on the Klook Booking Platform are subject to availability, and additional product-specific and/or service-specific terms.
  • By redeeming a Klook Gift Card, users agree to be bound by the Gift Card Terms & Conditions and Klook’s General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as may be amended or modified from time to time at Klook’s sole discretion.
  • All prices, promotions, products, and services on the Klook Booking Platform may be changed from time to time without prior notice.
  • The Gift Card Balance cannot be refunded, withdrawn, re-transferred, sold to third parties, or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  • Any fraud and/or abuse of the Gift Card or Gift Card Balance by any person (as determined by Klook at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person's eligibility to the Gift Card or Gift Card Balance.
  • The Klook Gift Card may be subject to other terms and/or conditions of Klook.
